Meir Tal – CEO

Resident of Hod Hasharon, married with 4 children.
Has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, in the areas of real estate development, marketing and sales Previous positions:
Director of Marketing and Entrepreneurship in the Y. Behari Company for 5.5 years, which included the creation of new real estate development channels for the company and project development and construction in Hod Hasharon and Petah Tikva.
Vice President of Marketing and Initiatives at the Feuer Fund of the Shuval Grofman Group for two years, during which the company marketing and sales network was established and new projects were developed.
Founder and partner of the Real Estate Division in the Israel Construction Center: Manager of Real Estate Division, responsible for the initiative and foundation, marketing and management of urban renovation purchase associations, until the phase of apartment delivery.

Eyal Handler – Chairman

Born in Jerusalem, lives in Maccabim, married with 2 children. BA in Economics and Accounting, BA in Law and MA in Business Management – all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
He was an owner and partner for 20 years in accounting firms, including 14 years in Deloitte Brightman Almagor – one of the four leading CPA firms in Israel and worldwide. He served for five years as CEO of the “B. Yair Development and Construction Company”- a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, which developed, sold and built 1,500 residential units in Israel.
Eyal served and is still serving in several business and non-profit organizations (such as the Hadassah College) as a director and even chairs in the board of the “Hazira Interdisciplinary Theater” in Jerusalem.

Niv Rom – CEO of Cnaan 38

Born in Moshav Bnei Zion, where he lives, in the Sharon region. BA in Business Administration and International Trade.
For six years he managed youth centers belonging to the Moshav Movement and dealt with youth education.
For four years, he worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Israel Construction Center Group, where, among other responsibilities, he produced and organized national apartment fairs of the Israeli Building Center, and once a year wrote a guidebook about how to purchase an apartment in Israel. He managed the marketing array for purchasing associations and evacuation-reconstruction complexes of the Israeli Construction Center.
In November 2011 he left the Israeli Construction Center Group and entered as a partner in the Cnaan Group.

Ron Rotenberg CPA – CFO

Born in Mishmar Hashiv’a, married with three children. BA in Business Administration and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Management College in Rishon Letzion. Professional experience: over 10 years CPA in Ernst & Young and in public companies. He joined the Cnaan Group after holding senior accounting and CFO positions in public real estate companies.

Udi Levy – VP Sales

Born and lives in Moshav Bnei Zion. Married with three children. Worked from 2010 until 2012 in the Real Estate Division of the Israeli Building Center where he served as Sales Manager of Real Estate Development Department. In 2012, he joined the Cnaan Group where he manages sales and concurrently manages projects with expertise in evacuation-reconstruction.
